Which cameras are compatible?
Any camera that exposes an RTSP or ONVIF stream works directly. Older analog or closed DVR systems connect through a small bridge device.
Do my existing NVR / DVR systems work?
In most cases yes. Modern NVRs expose RTSP streams we can connect to; for closed systems the bridge device handles it without rewiring.
How long is footage retained?
Astra23 stores short event clips, not continuous footage. Retention depends on your plan (14 days on Home, 90 days on Site Standard, custom on Enterprise) and can be adjusted.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month unless you choose an annual commitment. You can cancel from your account and stop at the end of the current billing period.
