Terms of Service

Astra23 Security provides software that connects to cameras you operate and applies computer vision to detect events according to rules you configure, delivering alerts, dashboards, and reports. The service is provided by Astra23 Security.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You may connect only cameras you own or are authorized to monitor, and you must use the service in compliance with applicable laws — including any obligation to notify individuals that they may be recorded. You may not use the service to unlawfully surveil, harass, or infringe the rights of others.

Computer vision depends on real-world conditions such as lighting, camera angle, and occlusion. The service is designed to assist human judgment, not replace it. Astra23 does not guarantee that every event will be detected or that every alert will be correct, and the service should not be relied upon as the sole safety or security control.

Paid plans are billed per camera at the rate agreed for your plan. Unless otherwise agreed, plans are billed on a recurring basis and continue until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

Our handling of video and personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You retain ownership of your footage and detections; you grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the service for you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astra23 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss arising from events the service did not detect or alerts that were not acted upon. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.

We may update these terms as the service evolves and will make the current version available on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of India.
